Age Restriction

In accordance with the Licensing Acts, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. We will only sell to anyone who is 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are 18 or over. If you are making a purchase as a gift, then the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

Delivery

Snowdon Craft Beer aim to ship all orders within two to four working days of receipt of order. Delivery times may be affected if there are stock availability problems or other unforeseen circumstances. Our pricing is based on mainland UK only, we reserve the right to apply an additional postage charge prior to sending out your order. You will also be given the option to cancel the order at no cost and receive a full refund.

Cancel an Order / Returns

By the Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Items returned under the 7 working day cancellation period: You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the date you receive your order, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact.

You must notify Snowdon Craft Beer of your wish to cancel by email to sales@snowdoncraftbeer.co.uk (no later than 8 working days after receipt of good) and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation that were part of the delivery.

Refund will be paid within twenty-eight days of cancellation.

Availability

If for any reason, we are unable to supply a product, we will notify you as soon as possible. Bottles, glasses and labels can and do vary; the images shown on the website may not be the same as current stock items.

Damages

Whilst we make every effort to ensure your purchases are packed to arrive in good order, bottles/ glasses may get broken or damaged in transit to you. Upon receipt of your order, you should carefully inspect it to make sure that it is intact and complete. If there are any breakages or leakages at the time of delivery you should refuse the delivery of the damaged case and advise the Courier to return it to ourselves Snowdon Craft Beer. The entire case will be replaced. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the Courier's documentation.
